Verification progress bar bugged?

jefflongo
Associate III

When using the command line version of STM32CubeProgrammer, I notice during the verification process (-v flag), the progress bar follows a sequence like 6%->12%->18%->24%-18%->24%... and ends at 24%, with a successful verification. Picture provided for clarity. I am using STM32L021F4 and STM32CubeProgrammer version 2.3.0.0690X00000Bw3eTQAR.png

Hello @jefflongo  could you please share your .bin file ?

Thanks,

Khouloud

It won't let me directly upload a .bin file here so here is a link to the file. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1n2rCVDJbXuzldvBVJdc3xlPtuQ_NqnkI

on my side it works fine , so could you please give me the log contents with Verbosity level 3?

Thanks,

Khouloud

@Khouloud ZEMMELI Here is the output. Thanks for continuing to look into this.

Seems ok from your log file.

So from which tool you launched the CLI ?

Best Regards,

Khouloud

I'm running it from Git Bash terminal on Windows using the command

STM32_programmer_cli.exe -c port=COM6 -w stm32dev.bin 0x08000000 -v -vb 3

Although I have tried several other terminals with similar results. I've also tried running it on a Linux machine with the same result.

Issue reproduced, @jefflongo  it will be fixed in the next release.

Best Regards,

Khouloud
