i am using L6566BH for high voltage SMPS. Its not turning ON with load. if its not connected with load then its working. Can you please check and revert with the solution.

Input is 300 to 800V DC and output is 24V DC. Attached the schematics of the same.

I could find solution by doing the experiments on this. Found the solution as the capacitor in Soft Start ( SS ) pin was not enough to reach the VCC to the required voltage level. Within this the IC is getting tripped. By increasing the capacitor in SS pin the problem has been addressed.
