There are no drivers/examples for this. The adapter isn't tied to a specific display, just compatible signalling with the ST DSI interface.
You'd need to create a DSI driver, with display specific parameters coded into LTDC / DSI.
I've been meaning to work on a driver, but it is one of many unfunded/unsupported projects. I had the HDMI adapter working at an assortment of resolutions beyond the default example.
