When we apply or connect load to Viper26. The output is being dropped from 12 V to 2 V. With current being continuously fluctuating. How do i solve this issue ?

We have designed the board for,

Input:

Voltage - 200 to 240 V

Frequency - 50 Hz

Output:

Voltage - 12 V

Ampere - 400 mA (*Considereing the datasheet, the default float design has been approached. Without the use of any Current Limiting resistor)

But unfortunately, Currently

1. We are getting the output of 11 ~ 13 V ( having a 3% error) without a load being connected.

2. When the desired load is added, there is a heavy major drop in output voltage, giving an output of 2 V in fluctuation.

3. The desired/ added load (which is of 100 mA), is unable to receive its required recommended input.

The current from Viper output is ceaselessly being fluctuated, with 15% of output required.
