Problem with new ST-Link/V2 Programmer

I have a ST-LINK / V2 programmer that I bought 4 years ago and it works perfect. I recently bought two new programmers but none work with the same connections like old programmer. I updated each firmware but it still doesn't work. Has anything changed in the new programmers? In document of ST-Link i haven't seen any change in hardware. my hardware is as followed:

MCU Programmer

SWDIO (PA13)-> SWDIO (Pin 7)

GND -> GND (Pin 20)

3.3V -> 3.3V (Pin 19)

SWCLK (PA14)-> SWCLK (Pin 9)

Check you have power.

You should also connect the board power back to pin 1 or 2 of the ST-LINK to power the buffers.

You should tell on what system you work and what exactly does not work?

Thank you! It works, but I'm confuse why my old programmer works without connection to Pin 1 or 2 of programmer. Could it be fake?

Well a lot of the fake/clone devices lacked the buffering that the original design had, so worked due to the more direct mcu-to-mcu connectivity
