STM32CubeIDE errors out with "Cannot access memory at address..."

I have two Nucleo-L073RZ boards (one at home and one at the office) onto which I try to load and debug an image using the STM32CubeIDE.  The same image same IDE in both cases (That is I only have a single development machine which I take back and forth).  The one at office works just fine.  The one at home errors out with

"Error message from debugger back end

Cannot access memory at address 0x7ffffbc"

see attached

From all I can tell both boards run the latest ST-Link firmware (used ST-LinkUpgrade.exe utility) and updated without complains.

I have tried the ST-Link v 4.5.0.0 as well but that one fails to connect to the target all together.

Any ideas/suggestions on what might be going wrong here?

hey man have you solved the problem? I am experiencing the same issue

Yes I was able to overcome the problem following these steps
I was able to overcome this issue by
1. Using the ST-Link utility version 4.5.0
2. Connect to the target and
- Had to go to target settings and reconfigure something based on the
hint when initially the ST-Link utility was failing to connect to the
target.
3. Erase the board
