Hi There,
I Have purchased(On transit 🙂 ) NUCLEO-F030R8 board for learning purpose. I''m planning to use Kiel IDE. Is this board needs separate debugger ? Or just usb cable connected to PC from board does the Job ?

No, there's an on-board ST-Link (i.e. the debugger).
