Is it possible to create a mesh with more than 3 nodes ? Unfortunately MAX_NUMB_ELEMENTS is set to 3.

Hi Ertugrul,

It is possible to create a BLE mesh network with a lot more than 3 nodes.

Good news is you only need 1 element to do that. 🙂

An element is an addressable entity within a node. Multiple elements are only needed when you physically have more than one entities.

For example, if you design a light fixture with 2 lamps, You may have 2 elements, each implementing an instance of the Light Lightness Server model and an instance of the Generic Power OnOff Server model.

Best Regards,
