Hi,
I bought an STEVAL-ISB044V1 and would like to use the GUI. The manual asks to connect the board via usb to the computer and identify the COM port used. However, the device is not recognised, generating this error:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed."
I tried different USB slots and a different laptop as well.
Has anyone come across this problem? Is my board faulty?
