open.license@st.com is unable to receive mail. What's the correct address?

I have a SensorTile kit, right out of the box. STEVAL-STLKt01V1. With the ST BLESensor app on iOS, I can connect to the SentorTile and get temperature, etc. When I try to request a license for any of the libraries, the wizard forms an email to open.license@st.com . I send the email, but I get an error message back:

Your message wasn't delivered to open.license@st.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

I've searched high and low and can't find a working email address. I've tried open.mems@st.com, which I found on one document, but it yields the same message.

What's the correct email address?

Thanks in advance,

Daniel

Hi Daniel, please consider this other post in case the request is compatible --> https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000Az3lfySQA/why-cant-i-send-an-app-to-my-sensortile-using-st-ble-sensor-and-create-apps-on-ios

Btw, if you need to request a license for any libraries, please check if this post can help you to identify the library owner --> https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X00009XkeH0SAJ/commercial-use-of-st-hal-libraries-and-middlewares

Hi Eleon,

The request for a license is, I believe, not related to my having a .box. It appears that this should work with the SensorTile based on the documentation over the past year.

The problem is not in the iOS/Android app. I can use either one to generate an email with the request data and send it off by email. The problem is that the pre-populated, destination email just bounces with a 550 5.1.1. User Unknown. See attached. It's possible you changed the process and/or email address when updated the iOS/Android app at the same time as the .box was released, breaking support for the SensorTile.

Is there different iOS/Android app I should be using for SensorTIle? That's what's referenced in https://st.com/sensortile

Thanks for your help,

Daniel

Hi Daniel, please disregard my suggestion in term of license management. No more request now for activation or request for licenses now, they are automatically downloaded if you upload one of the last firmware. For the SensorTile the related app is the one at this link. Is the one you are using by now? Regards
