STM32L496RGT is showing error (USB not recognized)?

We are using STM32L496RGT controller in our product, the controller flashing (Program uploading) doing through USB. Initially device flash properly, but after multiple time flashing device shows error i.e USB USB not recognized, or port is not detect, some devices reset randomly.

Please, give me support & solution on it asap.

Try this FAQ: USB device not recognized: to increase the heap size, or configure the USB library to use static allocation.

Otherwise, looks to this thread, and check if your case is similar to the reported problem.

Thank you for replying me.

My issue is not related to software, its related to Hardware. D+/- pin shown shorted & device is not detected.
