2 questions related to HW device, which works with STM32CubeProg:

1. Can STM32CubeProg work with ST-Link v2?

2. Can STM32CubeProg work with a J-Link device (rather than ST-Link)?

STM32CubeProgrammer works fine with ST-Link v2 but not J-Link device.
