STM32F100 RBT6B DALI slave library - From where DATA is coming in flash after complete erasing of flash .

1) I want to understand first DALI SLAVE library, & make same for STM32L475 (b-IOT),

but i could not understand eeprom.c file

2) From where DATA is coming at address 0x08010000 ...........???

3) can anyone helps to me for that??
