STLINK v2 with ST-LINK Utility showing unable to detect device on 64 bit machine

Hello,

I am using STLINK v2 to program STM32F051C8 MCU but the ST-LINK Utility is showing 'unable to detect the device' and asking for different settings. I have tried different settings such as 'connect under reset',set frequency ~1 MHz from connection settings but not working.

The same ST-LINK Utility is working fine with STM32F051R8 discovery board.

I am attaching the all screen shot which might helpful.

Any suggestion/reference would be really helpful.
