How can I detach the target from usb-dfu mode?

I am using dfu-util library to update firmware of STM32F446RE using Raspberry Pi as host for running dfu-util. How can I detach the target STM after I am done uploading the firmware? There is a command present in dfu-util package for detaching the target but that's not working. What should I do?

I know one more thing, detaching can be done by pressing the black reset button on the STM board after removing HIGH from the BOOT0 pin. Can I use the reset button's functionality without actually pressing it, maybe I can give a HIGH or a LOW on some special pin on the STM board to reset the STM board through the Raspberry Pi.

Screenshot(33) shows the details of every partitions present on the STM, Screenshot(34) shows how I can upload the new firmware and Screenshot(35) is how I am trying to detach it but not getting through.
