Hi @MMagl ,

I am coming back to answer your question.

The current STM32H7 bootloader doesn't support CAN interface. The AN2606 is the reference and is the correct one.

However, for STM32H7 rev V devices, the FDCAN bootloader interface will be supported.

AN2606, AN4938 and AN3154 will be updated accordingly.

It seems that STM forum have some restriction for text formatting and I end-up with strange post. Here is my second attempt.

Can I perform boot via CAN interface using the STM32H750 boot loader?

  1. Old version of AN2606 says that it deppen on bool loader version. Version xx does not support and version yy has CAN support with some limitations.
  2. The newest AN2606 from February 2019 says that there is no support for CAN boot – AN2606 page 193-198

According to AN4938 page 24 chapter 5.3 says that CAN2 PB5/PB13 can be used for boot.

That is why I asking this question

Thanks in advance
