Is there a Hardware difference in the GPIO registers or typo in the datasheet.

In the datasheet for STM32F4 https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/stm32f413cg.pdf, the first page says “Up to 109 fast I/Os up to 100Mhz? and Block diagram on page 18 shows AHB 1 bus 100MHz connecting to GPIO ports. Whereas in STMf2 https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/cd00237391.pdf the first page says “Up to 136 fast I/Os up to 60MHz? nd Block diagram on page 18 shows AHB 1 bus 120MHz connecting to GPIO ports.

Well actually the GPIO probably won't output >80MHz CMOS signals. It's more likely their speed capability to toggle than the GPIO registers clock frequency.
