i apologize for my bad English.
I use HTS221 in one of my products, i tested it on evaluation-board and it worked perfectly so i decided to use it in production and I already produced 400 PCB in 3 years.
But it doesn't work! the temperature is correct, one or two degrees of differences from the sample thermometer, but the humidity is completely out of range, i have from 10 to 20 point of difference in Hr.

I have already read the "non-responses" from ST on this problem in the forum, I have already contacted them but without a result ...
i have already checked the registers and doing the calculations , an they are correct.
i have already used the internal heating (from ten second to six minutes), but without results
i have already performed an ultrasonic cleaning with no result
i have already tested a dozen sensors in the same condition but all give different values
any idea or the sensor have a factory defect?
