In some cases HAL_UART_DeInit is used before using HAL_UART_Init, why is that?

Not really 😀 since I don't know when it is used and when it isn't used. Perhaps you can give some cases where HAL_UART_DeInit should be used and explain why?

Deinit is to me to restore the peripheral to is after reset state.
