Not sure if this is right forum. Complete nooby. I have a stm32f4291-disco board. STM site gave me stm32cube 1.24. Downloaded and un-zipped it. There is no setup.exe file. How do I install this? Windows 10pro. Thank you.

Correct that is a CubeF4 software package containing example code and libraries. If you have an existing IDE for building examples you can load the projects within the trees and build them.
