Spice Model for STW15NK

Hi,

I tried to use the spice model for the STW15NK (.subckt) but it dosn't work with LTspice.

I imported the .subckt with LTspice without any error.

But the FET don't torn on/off with the input signal on Gate.

Any known issues?
