VNH5019A-E gets damaged while hot plugging with motor, as we disconnect the motor when it is being driven by this H-bridge. Kindly find attached schematic. We require your valuable feedback in this regards. Thank you very much.

We are using VNH5019A-E to drive an actuator. We have followed all the schematic mentioned in evaluation board of VNH5019A-E for the system. We have a case when we have to disconnect the motor while this H-bridge IC is driving it. In this scenario of hot plugging, we got the VNH5019A-E damaged. Kindly suggest a solution, that VNH5019A-E can withstand hot plugging, by both way, plug in and plug out.

Other wise the H-bridge is working fine. Kindly find the attached image, and let us know if any further details are required.
