Linked directories and CubeMX code generation

I've been using CubeMX 4.12.0, and I wonder why does the code generation mess up the linked directories? Can something be done about it?

The generation adds "25"s in the path, like:

$%25257BPARENT-2-PROJECT_LOC%25257D/cmn

That doesn't work, but :

$%7BPARENT-2-PROJECT_LOC%7D/cmn

works fine.

Oops. It seems to be Atollic TrueSTUDIO feature. Not CubeMX feature.
