If you're new to the tool as a whole I would recommend perhaps looking through the "Getting Started with TrueSTUDIO" on YouTube:

However, if you're more interested in learning how to go about coding in an embedded environment then I would recommend using the "TrueSTORE" (search in quick access) to download some example projects to see how those applications are made. It can give you a good idea on how things are structured.
