I can not do the partial charge with STBC15. For example, when the battery is in the BSP state (system is powered by the battery) and the Vbat is 3.8V, if I plug the charger then unplug the charger after some seconds, the Vout is off (0V) ! This is not logic ! Do someone have the same problem ?
