Can someone explain this error?

   NVIC->ICER[ 0 ] = 0xFFFFFFFF ;

   NVIC->ICER[ 1 ] = 0xFFFFFFFF ;

the second line emits this warning:

array subscript is above array bounds

Can someone explain?
