Sir/Ma'am, I have recently bought STGIPS15C60 SLLIMM™ small low-loss intelligent molded module
IPM, 3-phase inverter - 15 A, 600 V short-circuit rugged IGBT. I have obtained the datasheet of said device however in the datasheet some parameters our missing. The detailed parameters as well as the graph for the IGBTs are missing and more. I assume that the IGBTs used inside has a stand alone datasheet on its own however with the many IGBT products you have I am unsure which one. This goes the same for the driver. I have obtained the application notes relevant for this device however without the right values of parameters I am afraid I have some miscalculation in my design.
