What happens if i unplug USB cable from my STM32F4 Nucleo board during debugging session in keil uVision ?

I've accidentally unplugged USB cable during debugging. I can still upload new programs, and they seem to work just fine, but the RGBled LD1 is constant orange/red(i cant tell) and should be green after successful download... and i can't erase chip with STlinkUtility tool, or with Demonstrator GUI tool.

In STlinkUtility tool i can connect the board, but when I try to do a 'full chip erase', i get message saying : " The elf loader Sector Erase function fails.: Error occured during flash mass erase! "

I may not remember correctly but i think that after downloading new program on a board the LD1 should be green. The board is still functional, but I just don't want to work with faulty board, if it is. Hope you could help me.
