A lot of the current EVAL and DISCO boards have QSPI or NOR flash, check the Web pages and sell sheets. ​

Hello,

You can use the ST-MCU-Finder either on standalone or embedded in STM32CubeMX.

Look to board selector and tick "Memory Card" on Peripheral Choice. You have already 28 boards as result.
