JTAG ID for SPC560B50L5?

Hello there

I want to test my software if its working well, to do so I want to know what is the correct JTAG ID number for SPC560B50L5?

I am reading the 0x07C1C01D value from the TDO pin of microcontroller after loading the 0x2 as RS[0:6] in OCMD, is that true?

According the RM , it should be ok

RS 0x2 should give the JTAGID

In fact I want to check my reading procedure with a known fixed value, but I couldn't find the expected JTAGID value for the SPC560B50L5... there was no JTAGID value for SPC560B50L5 in the refrence manual.

would you please give me the link of RM you are talking about...
