STM32CubeMX overwrites debug configuration

Hi all,

I'm using STM32CubeMX along with Atollic TrueSTUDIO and experiences a small issue.

Whenever I generate code from CubeMX, the debug configuration of my TrueSTUDIO project gets modified/overwritten to use JTAG as opposed to SWD (which I would like to use).

This means that whenever a generate new code, I need to manually go in and correct the interface.

Do you know if there a solution to this (maybe a CubeMX setting that I'm missing)?

Are you referring to the .launch file? If so, I created one (actually, a few) with a different name that Cube isn't aware of and doesn't mangle.
