STM32F103 series wrong SRAM value on the website?

On the following page, the STM32F102xC row claims to have 64k sram.

However in the spec sheet, and in cubeMX i can only find 48k models. I expect the online table is wrong in this case.

Actually, in cube MX there is an RC model with 64k, but nothing in the spec sheet seems to imply this is possible. Have I missed something?

ST makes significantly fewer die options than packaging/marking would suggest.

Yes, definitely seems to be a lot of internal inconsistencies in info-graphic, tables and spec sheets. @STOne-32​
