In my computer STEVAL-IDI002V2(STM32L1) Device did not detected, what is the reason?

My computer OS is Win10, 64bit .For STM32 ST-LINK it won't able to connect with STEVAL-IDI002V2(STM32L1) Device and also in device manager STEVAL-IDI002V2(STM32L1) Device did not recognize.But stm32nucleo board successfully detected and showed in device manager.

 I checked the STEVAL-IDI002V2(STM32L1) Device with the Windows 7, still have the same problem. Please help me to find the solution for solve this problem.

I don't think this board embeds an STLink.

You need to use an external tool to program its MCU​.

I have luckily programmed with STM32 ST-LINK Utility with STEVAL_IDI002V2.hex (en.stsw-idifw_firmware package) but bigger problem comes up when connected together with IDI003V2, RED LED GOES DOWN and ST Link goes down.

Seems to get short circuit if installed as illustrated on attached file
