maybe best way to start is with a nucleo board, they are just $15...

You can still run an LCD just use the SPI based LCDs.

BuyDisplay has many displays, some with touch screens.

MBED is the easiest to get started, but hard to shake off when you mature enough.

HAL and the Cube are good for getting everything initialised.

After you use the Cube, you can develop your PCB in Kicad.

Then you must decide on a development system IDE.

I use Visual Studio and Visual GDB ($150) but there are free IDEs.

@STOne-32 can I redeem some of my points here to send Baku AZ1021, Azerbaijan some F4 and F7 DISCO boards?

@Community member newly I've downloaded KEIL and watch tutorials. I know C/C++ well. I dont know what is MBED . but I will investigate this . i guess it is online IDE due to test your applications. Thanks for your recommends!.

if you stay with the stm32F0 parts then Keil is free for 2 years.

You can ask the local FAE for the Cortex M0 unlock code...

MBED is alays free but hard to shake off when you want to go offline...
