L5972D often melting!?

Hi, I've made several DC-DC using L5972D.

Sometimes it was blowing, but I supposed I made some mistake during soldering.

Now I'm making 5V-1,5A power supply.

I used same schematic on first page of datasheet (I used 2 100uF capacitors on output, 68uH inductor instead L1 and R1 = 10k to get 5V out).

Input = 12V.

With no load, sometimes circuit works correctly, sometimes at startup, L5972D melts (it heats enough to de-solder itself).

What's wrong, any idea?

Maybe compensation network not suitable? Or 200uF of capacitive load too high?

Thanks.
