Can you help me how can I do this,I have an STM32F100RB.

What kind of signal does the door actuator require? Do you need to drive a motor?

ST maintains a list of consultants and contractors who could assist you with your project work.

Yes, if it's light the motor will open the door and when it's night (darkness) the motor will close the door.

Indeed, probably with both software and hardware. If you don't have any experience in these areas why were you chosen to implement such a design? What design and implementation skills are you bringing to the project?

You are describing top level functionality, the question I asked related to the nature of the signal the door actuator required, not why it was driven.

Very good questions!
