SPI SCLK voltage 320mv ?

hi I am new to STM32F103, i did try a SPI examples on STM32F103 , put a probe on SCLK pin out and see the clock out is about 320mV, as SCLK being set as 'GPIO_Mode_AF_PP', is that voltage correct ?

No sounds rather low, so either you have it fighting some other output, or you have a 10x mismatch between your probe and scope settings.
