I did upgrade to cube 4.21 and for 1 project, when generating the source code, cube MX hangs.

I have to specify that it hangs only for 1 of my project.

Probably too obvious an answer but I have found that CubeMX will hang when generating project if uVision is already open on that project.  The only way to move on is to terminate CubeMX with Windows Task Manager.

I am using IAR compiler, and with IAR open or closed I have the same issue and this only on 1 of my project. It works fine for other project. I attached my log file hopefully I will get some feedback from ST team.

I see a similar behavior. CubeMX 4.21, building for IAR toolchain, STM32CubeL4 1.8.0. My target is an STM32L486
