1. What is the purpose of internal regulator, to what it provides voltage - to core?

What does pin vcap1 & vcap2 has to do with it. I read that 0.1uf or 2.2uf cap to connected depending on regulstor used or not.

2. In microxplorer, it shows to mcu with STM32F205. One is STM32F205RxTx(RevAZB) & other is STM32F205RxTx.

What does RevAZB means here

3. For NXP there is Armwizard (http://alexan.edaboard.eu/index.php?page=armwizard)

to configure its peropheral also. Is there any such tool for STM32F205 also. Microxplorer configure only pins

1) Provides 1.25V to the core

2) Stepping/Revision of silicon die being used

3) Don't think so, they also create an ignorance of the detail.
