Bug Report cubeMX 4.23 IAR code genereator

Hello

I use cubeMX 4.23 and have seen that the code generator for IAR itroduces absolute paths in the *.ewp project file in the include section and for all used library source files which are used in the project.

I have seen that this behaviour happens, if the cubeMX code Generator is configured to 'Add necessary library files as reference in the toolchain project configuration file'.

The former cubeMX version (4.18) I used, did not had this problem.

kind regards, A.Bischof

Hi Arnold,

it's normal behavior i.e: when

cubeMX code Generator is configured to 'Add necessary library files as reference in the toolchain project configuration file',the

code generated for IARuse absolute paths in the *.ewp file.

if you want to use relative path you can select the other option ( copy all used librairies or copy only the necessary library files).

Regards,

Houda
