I've written for years applications using Keil RTOS without problems.

Now I'm trying to use HAL device drivers, but it seem they are incompatible...

Anyone has some ideas or suggestion?

Very much agreed.

I'm working with an RTOS called RTEMS and have no interest in switching unless there is a great financial upside.

The HAL and Cube provide reasonable startup code, but the libraries seem to have some big issues that will, hopefully, be addressed sooner than later.

Microchip did similar things when they brought out MPLAB-X and obsoleted their old, free, compilers before the support libraries for the new compilers were brought online. A lot of people got upset, very upset.

Hi emanuel.giuseppe,

Could you provide a little more information about the issue you’re experiencing?

Regards,

Heisenberg.
