Painful trouble ,LIS3LV02DL output data suddenly changes at Low temperature(-10 Centigrade)

We are using LIS3LV02DL MEMS inertial sensor.

I have painful trouble that its output data suddenly?changes at Low temperature?around -10 Centigrade?.

We can't compensate?its output data at that point.

How do we compensate  output data in this case?

Has this problembeen happening on more than one part?

The compensation in temperature should be linear, so I believe there must be some stress happening at package level.

The attached file shows the guidelines for application development that might aid your inquiry as well.

Could you please inform where are you located? That way we can address your issue with the local MEMS Application Engineer from ST.

-> Almost all parts have this problem.

    But the temperature at this phenomenon happens is distributed.

Does PCB stress cause the phenomenon (=output data suddenly changes at Low temperature) or device specific?

Yes, water can be the source of your issue.

Please also verify the attached datasheet on the following items:

- Table 3

- Figures 16 to 23

We are using anti-humidity insulation coating for PCB.

Does it cause transfer PCB stress to  sensor ?

Thank you for the reply. 

We found gradually that insertion type connector cause this trouble.

We are soldering two steps.

1. reflow soldering for MEMS inertial sensor.

2. flow soldering for insertion type connector.

We used hand soldering for insertion type connector then the phenomenon (=output data suddenly changes at Low temperature) 

disappeared.
