No License Manager- trying to install UDEDEBG

I have SPC5 version 1.3 installed. I bought and received the (SPC5-UDESTK) JTAG adapter and it came with a UDEDEBG activation key. Where do I input this key? There is no 'License Manager' under my Help menu that I have seen in some documentation (nor is it under any other menu that I can see). How do I get this installed?

Hi,

Try to install the latest UDE, it should not require any key up to 128k if I remember well.
