I tried to configure STM32CubeMX for STM32W108HB but didn't see any STM32W options. Is there any way to configure STM32CubeMX for a STM32W?

This is a chronically obsolete part that has very little in common with the other STM32 SPL, don't expect to see any support for it now, or in the future.

Wow! Good to know. Are there any newer 'W' parts? Or, could you point me to some information that might give some insight on why it has become obsolete?

I'd swear it hasn't been a viable product in over two years, the death knell was SiLabs purchase of Ember, what was that,

.

And the part's been NRND (Not Recommended for New Design) for ages. Radio parts are always pretty closed designs, what with NDA, cross licencing of stacks, and FCC or other jurisdictional requirements.

You might want to review ST's current portfolio or talk to a sale rep.
