Hello am making control panel using stm8s105 controller and springs electrodes. Everything works fine but some times device become extra sensitive and  all touch buttons making switch on in a random way without any contact on them and than after a while all become work as usualy .I made cirquit without active shield  because i used springs electrodes and one side pcb.

Here is a photo of device

and stm8_tsl_conf.h file

Can anyone tell me what a hell is going on with this thing.

Hi

''Everything works fine but some times device become extra sensitive and  all touch buttons making switch on in a random way without any contact on them and than after a while all become work as usualy .I made cirquit without active shield  because i used springs electrodes and one side pcb.''

Is there a fixed period between the times when the device becomes extra sensitive?

(could be a timer related issue)

Have you applied debounce to the key pressed algorithm?

Have you checked for rf triggering the key press?

(the debounce code could help you if this is the case).

.

Have you ever work with stm8 touch sensing library, i think that you don't.

Posting here an quastion i hope i can get an advise from experts or maybe from st.com support personel, but no here are you again with boring elementary thigs like ''How the buttons work for dummies'' Maybe you want get a prize for ''maximum posts per hour''.
