i want to make low cost oscilloscope

i want the maximum speed can i work with external adc using stm32f4

what is best dcmi or fsmc

and can change dcmi or fsmc clock out frequency through mcu running.

I think the mechanics here would tend to favour DCMI as a high speed synchronous interface.
