stm32w108cu64 can't initialize the internal regulators?

Hi all, recently I layout a pcb with stm32w108cu64(copy from the MB954 Zigbee Domoboard)

But it seems doesn't work.

I try to use ST flash loader to connect the board, but fail. The I measure the VREG_OUT is 1.786V and the VDD_CORE is 1.497V. That's incorrect.

Acoording the datasheet, my board maybe just reset but not initialization?

Is the internal regulator the default Core power supply? Or how to initialize it.

Does anybody know? Help me.

Thanks.

If you are confident that the circuit design is correct, you should examine the components placed, and that they are as you expect, that you have no solder shorts or voids.

You could perhaps try to access the device via the serial port using the nBOOTMODE pin.

This is a user forum, there is not a lot of expertise with the STM32W108 here, you might want to consult with your local ST rep or FAE, and have them go over the schematic/design with you.

Can you access via JTAG/SWD?

Did you mix the ANT_SEL/CSD/CSP pins up on purpose?

Thank you for your reply.

I am not sure if the former three boards were well soldered, I employed a cellphone repairman to do it.

So, these two days, I bought some convert boards to test it, wait for my message.

can't access via jtag

that three pins are just gpio pins, may nothing serious.
