SPC5-UDEDEBG Key not working with SPC5STUDIO

Hello,

I have ordered and received the following product:

SPC5-UDESTK-FULL.

This came with a card with a key on it. When I input this key into the website: http://register.hightec-rt.com/ I get the message:

Please enter your Activation key in the format 1234-5678-1234-5678 !

My key however contains both letters and numbers. Not only numbers. It got accepted by the website from PLS however and I am running the UDE now using this activation code.

As long as I don't have the right activation code I keep getting the error:

internal compiler error: initialising license system No license for product (-1) (Product: ppc-free-gcc, Version: 2013.01)

in SPC5 Studio.

Hi,

please try to rerun SPC5Studio installation and select 30-days free license. A license will be generated and you will be able to build. You don't need an activation key for the first 30-days.

You were right: debugger serial cannot be used as compiler serial.
