Hi all!

The STM32F401

http://www.st.com/web/en/catalog/mmc/FM141/SC1169/SS1577/LN1810?ecmp=ln1810_enews_ln1810_jan2014&sp_rid=NjkwODIzNDM5MTMS1&sp_mid=8196895

contains information about new MCUs in small 3x3mm package. But I can't find anyone. Is it mistake or just new MCUs become available soon?

This is a user forum, if you want info about forthcoming parts suggest you contact your ST rep or distributor.

Likely a wafer scale package, so assuming a commercial application.

Oh, thanks!

I understood: WLCSP49 package in datasheet is titled as 7x7 mm but really has 3x3 mm sizes.

There appears to be a separate (new) datasheet for the D and E variants (these are apparently new and have larger memories).

This shows a WLCSP49 3 X 3 mm package.
