DfuSe doesn't work

I down load a DfuSe demo, but it can not read a *.hex file.

The DFU Manager 3.04 has issues as I recall, you'd need to use an older version.

Dear Sir,

I down load and try both of 3.0.2 and 3.0.3, reading file there is no problem, but window can not detect this STM board even though I have put the BOOT0 to VDD. I read the readme.txt, it should : ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  3- Install your device with the driver and the inf file ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I couldn't find the driver and inf file in the package. Where I can get it? Thanks  a lot

Maybe there are other issues? If you can't see it in Device Manager, it's not connecting at all.

C:\Program Files (x86)\STMicroelectronics\Software\DfuSe\Driver ??

I don't recall. It would be the other USB connector, not the ST-LINK one, but the STM32F429I-DISCO does use the HS USB port, not the FS USB port like the STM32F4-DISCO. What does the System Loader say about pins/ports? This would be the controlling document as to what will/will not work.
